Frequently Asked Questions

We install a small wireless radio at the service location, either mounted on a building’s roof or installed in an adjacent tree. An ethernet cable is then ran back from the radio to the customer’s house/place of work. A small device provides power over the ethernet cable to the radio on the outside, and connectivity to the customer's router. In the event that we cannot obtain an adequate signal strength from the customer’s building, we will then employ the skills of a qualified tree climber, allowing our radio to bypass any potential vegetation/other obstructions; in the event that a tree mounted radio is required, an additional fee will be assessed.

We offer a one and two-year contract term. If you need to break the contract period for any reason we require you to pay $350 prorated over the life of the contract.
